Key Responsibilities
The Behavioral Health Technician provides direct care, supervision, and support to clients, including monitoring vital signs and conducting safety checks. They also assist in mediating agitated clients and documenting patient information in accordance with facility protocols.
Requirements
A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position. One year of experience in a mental health or addictions facility is preferred, along with BLS, CNA, or CPR certification.
