Key Responsibilities
The nurse practitioner will partner with primary care and behavioral health teams to provide evidence-based medication-assisted treatment for patients with substance use disorders. Responsibilities include performing physical assessments, establishing diagnoses, implementing care plans, and providing clinical leadership within the integrated care model.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a current Commonwealth of Massachusetts APRN license and be board certified as a Nurse Practitioner. A minimum of 1-3 years of postgraduate experience in treating substance use disorders and dual diagnosis is required, along with active DEA and MCSR certifications.
