Key Responsibilities
Conduct initial psychiatric evaluations and follow-up medication management visits while developing and updating patient treatment plans. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to monitor patient progress and ensure accurate documentation in the EMR.
Requirements
Requires a Master’s or doctoral degree from an accredited PMHNP program and active New Jersey RN and APRN licenses. Candidates must hold current PMHNP-BC certification and active DEA registration with prescriptive authority.
