Work Schedule
- Full-Time position.

Key Responsibilities
The provider will conduct initial mental health evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients. They will also perform medication management and provide supportive psychotherapy as part of an integrated care team.
Requirements
Candidates must hold an active Psychiatric PA or PMHNP license in Illinois, along with active DEA and CDS licenses. At least one year of professional experience in an outpatient setting is highly preferred.
