Key Responsibilities
The Nurse Practitioner conducts Compensation & Pension examinations, Physical Health Assessments, and related claimant evaluations for veterans and service members. They are responsible for performing focused physical examinations, reviewing medical records, and completing detailed clinical reports in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Nursing and possess an active, unrestricted Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner license. At least one year of nursing or clinical examination experience is preferred, along with proficiency in computerized charting and medical documentation.
