Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality, evidence-based virtual urgent care to health insurance members using audio, video, and written communication. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to manage patient health, follow up on diagnostics, and improve operational workflows.
Requirements
Requires an MD/DO degree with board certification in ER, FM, or IM and at least 3 years of outpatient or emergency experience. Candidates must have 2 years of telemedicine experience and hold active medical licenses in Tennessee and Florida with IMLC eligibility.
