- Salary range: $72,000 to $82,000 annually.
- Signing bonus: $2,000.

Key Responsibilities
The Group Counselor provides outpatient therapeutic counseling services to individuals, families, and groups as part of a multi-disciplinary team. They are responsible for assessing patient needs, facilitating group sessions, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation and billing.
Requirements
Applicants must hold a Master's degree in Clinical Social Work, Counseling, or a related field and possess an active, unrestricted Arizona behavioral health license. Three years of specialized experience in mental health or substance abuse with diverse populations is strongly preferred.
