Key Responsibilities
The Primary Therapist conducts individual and group therapy sessions while developing and monitoring individualized treatment plans for clients in a residential setting. They also collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care and maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in a relevant field and possess active California BBS registration as an AMFT, ACSW, or APCC. Training or certification in EMDR or Brainspotting is strictly required for this role.
