Key Responsibilities
The LCSW/LPC will provide individual and family counseling services in an integrated care setting, working closely with medical providers and the interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation while providing both in-person and telehealth care.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field and possess a current Texas LCSW or LPC license. At least two years of outpatient or community health center experience is preferred, along with proficiency in electronic health records.
