Key Responsibilities
The counselor will facilitate individual and group sessions while managing a caseload and developing individualized treatment plans for patients. They will also coordinate care with community providers and maintain comprehensive clinical records in compliance with regulatory standards.
Requirements
Candidates must possess at least a high school diploma or GED with two years of relevant experience, or an associate/bachelor's degree in a behavioral health field. Proficiency in crisis intervention, de-escalation techniques, and knowledge of the DSM-5 are required.
