Clinical Therapist

Key Responsibilities

The Clinical Therapist will provide individual, sibling, and family counseling to children and families healing from trauma, managing a caseload of 22–25 patients focusing on direct client services like assessments and treatment planning. Responsibilities also include facilitating psychoeducational groups, parent education, case management, child advocacy, and participating in a rotating on-call schedule for immediate intervention.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a Master's degree in a relevant field like Counseling or Social Work, and must be eligible for independent board-certified licensure in the state, to be achieved within 12 months. A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience providing mental health counseling to children and families is required, along with passing comprehensive background screenings.
