Key Responsibilities

• These include developing and delivering training, developing procedures, managing audits, analysing findings for improvement, and ensuring dissemination of learning across the service.

• Practice development: Develop evidence-based social care methodologies, promote innovation, peer mentoring, peer supervision, and support strengths-based practice.

• Quality assurance & reporting: Manage case file audits to ensure high-quality practice reflecting lived experiences, contribute to CQC visits, peer reviews, and produce quality assurance reports.
