Key Responsibilities

The Behavioral Health Associate monitors client behaviors, provides continuous supervision, and facilitates therapeutic groups to support treatment goals. They also assist with data collection, crisis response, and maintaining a safe, structured environment for clients.

Requirements

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and are preferred to have six months of experience with the relevant population. CPR and de-escalation certifications are required, with training provided by the facility upon hire.
