About the Role

Join Temple University Health System as a Nurse Practitioner – Vascular Surgery, No Call, No Weekends in United States. Temple’s Vascular Surgery department is searching for a Nurse Practitioner to join the team! This role falls under the Temple Faculty Practice division.

Key Responsibilities

  • Treats and evaluates patients; administers advanced nursing care in a particular clinical specialty area.
  • Performs a wide variety of patient care activities including diagnosis, the prescription of medical therapeutics in collaboration with and under the direction of the licensed physician.
  • Contributes to a safe and therapeutic environment that is centered on the needs of the patients, caregivers and others demonstrating concern for the patient's privacy, comfort, and emotional state.
  • Treats patient with consideration to age, race, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, socioeconomic background, and culture in a caring, ethical, and professional manner.

Work Schedule

  • Full-Time position.
  • Call responsibilities required.
  • No weekends required.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's Degree in Nursing and possess a valid PA Registered Nurse License and PA Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner certification. Additionally, a Wound Care Certification and Basic Life Support certification are required.
