Key Responsibilities
The role involves performing clinical assessments via telephone to evaluate injured workers' needs and coordinating medical services to facilitate recovery. The manager will collaborate with medical providers, employers, and claims examiners to ensure effective treatment planning and timely return-to-work outcomes.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a current, unrestricted RN license with a compact license and possess at least 1.5 years of prior workers' compensation experience. A Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred, along with strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills.
