Key Responsibilities
The nurse case manager will supervise daily resident activities and coordinate, implement, and evaluate nursing services. They are also responsible for auditing compliance with patient care plans and participating in an on-call rotation.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Wisconsin. A degree from an accredited school of nursing and previous nursing experience are required.
