Key Responsibilities
The nurse will handle incoming calls from patients and healthcare providers to assess patient needs using nursing protocols and triage guidelines. They will also facilitate referrals to appropriate medical providers, specialists, and community resources.
Requirements
Candidates must hold an Associate of Applied Science in Nursing and a current Texas RN license with at least 5 years of progressive clinical experience in an acute care setting. Proficiency in basic PC skills and a typing speed of 30 WPM are also required.
