Key Responsibilities
The Medication Services Nurse Navigator organizes daily activities in the Physician Dispensing department, including dispensing drugs and assisting with antineoplastic regimens. They also manage prior authorizations, monitor patient responses to therapy, and facilitate communication between clinical teams.
Requirements
Candidates must be a Registered Nurse with a valid NYS nursing license and at least two years of oncology experience. OCN certification is preferred for this role.
