Behavioral Health Case Maanger
A Great Opportunity / $18.20-$20.90 / Full Time

Responsibilities May Include
- Provide Therapeutic Behavioral Services to clients by consulting with a licensed clinician to assist with the individual's needs.
- Provide service planning for individualized supports or care coordinator of healthcare, behavioral health, non-healthcare services and development of a treatment plan.
- Provide linkage, interventions, treatment options, restoration of daily life skills and crisis prevention services.
- Provide services to individual clients or groups of clients.
- Promote a positive and cooperative relationship with all outside contacts.
Requirements for This Position Include
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Bachelor's or Master's level degree in a related field or a high school diploma or three or more years of relevant field experience.
- Related experience or training with mental or behavioral health conditions.
- Valid driver's license, car insurance and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to travel throughout assigned service area.

Key Responsibilities
Provide therapeutic behavioral services in consultation with a licensed clinician, and coordinate individualized healthcare, behavioral health, and other support services. Develop treatment plans, connect clients with interventions and treatment options, support daily living skills, provide crisis prevention, and serve individuals or groups while maintaining cooperative relationships with outside contacts.
Requirements
Applicants must be at least 18 and have a related bachelor's or master's degree, a high school diploma, or at least three years of relevant field experience. Related mental or behavioral health experience or training, a valid driver's license, car insurance, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel throughout the assigned service area are required.
