- Occupational Therapist (OT) Requirements & Responsibilities: Ohio
- Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Ohio Board License in Occupational Therapy
- Ohio Department of Education 5-year Pupil Services License
- 2+ years of experience in a school setting

Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and possess an Ohio Board License and a 5-year Pupil Services License. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a school setting is required.
