The Nurse Navigator coordinates outpatient care for neurology patients, including needs assessment, education, and facilitating access to clinical trials and resources. They also collaborate with the healthcare team to manage multidisciplinary care conferences and develop survivorship care plans.
Candidates must be a graduate of a licensed school of nursing with a valid NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License and at least 5 years of clinical experience. Proficiency in MS Office and BLS AHA Basic Health Care Life Support certification are also required.
