Key Responsibilities

Requirements
Candidates must hold a Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree and have completed an accredited residency program. An active, unrestricted medical license in Ohio, a federal DEA license, and board certification in Family or Internal Medicine are required.
