Key Responsibilities
The physician will provide direct patient care in an integrated primary care and behavioral health setting, diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions. They will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate care for diverse patient populations.
Requirements
Candidates must hold an MD or DO degree and be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med/Peds. An active, unrestricted New York State medical license and DEA registration are required, along with a minimum of three years of clinical experience.
