Job description
Join Summit Medical Group as a Advanced Practice Nurse/Physician Assistant – Urgent Care, No Call in Franklin, Tennessee.
Key Responsibilities
- Performs complete physical exams, obtains complete medical histories, and records findings.
- Maintains and reviews patient records, charts and other pertinent information.
- Orders (and, as appropriate, performs) appropriate laboratory and diagnostic procedures.
- Determines preliminary diagnoses and therapeutic plans by obtaining, interpreting and integrating data.

- Full-Time position.
- On-site position.

Requirements
Candidates must have successfully completed an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program and hold a valid Tennessee license. A minimum of three years of clinical patient care experience is required, with at least two years of APN or PA experience preferred.
