Lead CT Radiation Therapist

Key Responsibilities

This role functions within a dyad leadership model, partnering with the Lead Radiation Therapist to support clinical excellence, staff development, and workflow optimization. The individual will serve as the department's expert in CT Simulation techniques, providing mentorship and hands-on guidance to radiation therapists during their CT rotations.

Requirements

Candidates must be graduates of an approved school of Radiation Therapy Technology program and possess at least five years of experience as a technologist in a hospital radiation therapy department. Required credentials include a current license from the Illinois Emergency Management Agency and current certification from the American Registry of Radiological Technologists (ARRT).
