Key Responsibilities

The RN Navigator coordinates end-to-end cancer care by guiding patients through diagnosis, treatment, and survivorship as their primary point of contact. They collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to streamline care, provide patient education, and ensure timely access to necessary medical services.

Requirements

Candidates must hold an Associate Degree in Nursing and a valid RN license, with at least three years of registered nursing experience. Two years of oncology nursing experience is preferred, along with current BLS certification and the ability to obtain oncology-specific certifications within two years.
