About the Role

Montesol Medical Centers LLC is looking for a passionate and dedicated Primary Care Physician specializing in Family Medicine to join our growing team in West Palm Beach, FL. Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary and preventive care to patients of all ages in an outpatient clinical setting
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions including diabetes, hypertension, and cardiovascular disease
• Conduct routine physical exams, wellness visits, and annual health screenings
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans and treatment protocols
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, labs, and imaging studies
• Coordinate referrals and collaborate with specialists to ensure continuity of care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system
• Educate patients and families on disease prevention, health maintenance, and lifestyle modifications

Requirements

Must be a licensed APRN eligible to practice in the State of Florida. Must have an active and unrestricted Florida APRN license.

• Professional Liability Insurance must be current and active.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Active Florida medical license or eligibility to obtain one
• DEA registration and current CPR/BLS certification
• Experience in a primary care or family medicine outpatient setting preferred
• Proficiency with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-first mindset

Bilingual in English and Spanish is required. Candidates must be able to communicate effectively with patients and staff in both languages.

Work Schedule

The position requires availability to work exclusively on Mondays, Fridays, and Saturdays.
