Qualifications Graduate from an accredited school with a minimum of a bachelor's degree in physical therapy. Licensed by the State of Wisconsin to practice as a physical therapist.

Provide pediatric physical therapy services in an outpatient setting and deliver Birth to 3 early intervention services. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support child development and maintain seamless communication with families and medical professionals.
Requirements
Must hold a minimum of a bachelor's degree in physical therapy from an accredited school. Must be licensed by the State of Wisconsin to practice as a physical therapist.
