Key Responsibilities
The Clinical Nurse Educator leads the Nurse Residency Program and oversees system-wide orientation to support newly licensed nurses in their transition to practice. They also facilitate educational initiatives, competency validation, and professional development across Duke Medicine entities.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a BSN degree and have at least 3 years of nursing or clinical educator experience, with an MSN preferred. A current North Carolina or compact RN license is required, along with BLS certification.
