Key Responsibilities

The Clinical Nurse Educator leads orientation, coordinates competency-based training, and supports onboarding for medical-surgical and critical care staff. They also facilitate educational programs, serve as a consultant for clinical standards, and act as a change agent to promote excellence in nursing practice.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a BSN (MSN preferred) and possess at least 3 years of nursing or clinical educator experience. A current North Carolina or compact RN license and BLS certification are required, with instructor-level certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS preferred.
