Role Overview
SUMMARY: Seeking Independent CRNA Near Savannah, GA! Great Location, Compensation and Quality of Life Position with Full Autonomy!
Compensation Outline
- Base Salary: $315,000 Annually
- PTO: 17 weeks/year
- Sign-On: Up to $75,000 for a 3-year commitment

Overview of Practice Description
Anesthesia "Team": 3 Full-Time, Fully Independent CRNAs, working together to deliver quality care. Each teammate contributes a equal share of the workload but doesnt sacrifice flexibility or customization to keep all parties fully engaged!
- Schedule: 2 weeks on/1 week off, most weeks will be less than 40 hours of work in the OR.
- Scope of Practice: General Surgery, Ophthalmology, Endoscopies, OB with Epidurals.
Other Notes: Perfect position for CRNAs who enjoy doing their own cases and have experience performing spinals, blocks, regionals, etc.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality anesthesia care independently across various specialties including general surgery, ophthalmology, and OB. Manage a shared workload within a small team of CRNAs to ensure efficient operating room performance.
Requirements
Must be a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) capable of working with full autonomy. Experience performing spinals, blocks, and regional anesthesia is highly preferred.
