All of our RDHs are long-term employees. Here are a few things they think you'll love, too:

- RDHs have their own rooms with panoramic views of the city, Chugach Mountains, and sunrises and sunsets.
- RDHs have their own instrument cassettes and supply preference.
- 1hr recall appointments; new patients and SRPs get 2hrs or at RDH discretion.
- Quality care is based on patient needs, not production.
- Regular team meetings.
Employee Benefits Include
- Scrubs and laundry provided.
- CPR/BLS and OSHA-HIPAA in-office training
- Personal & family dental discount
- RDH bonuses
- We invite you to come by our office to have a look around and chat with our other RDHs and team.
