Key Responsibilities
Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans while providing clinical supervision and training to RBTs and BTs. Collaborate with families and caregivers to monitor client progress and ensure the delivery of high-quality, ethical ABA services.
Requirements
Requires an active BCBA certification, a Master's degree in a related field, and a New Jersey LBA license. Candidates must have experience providing ABA services to children with autism or developmental disabilities.
