Job description
Join Saint Francis Ministries as a Family Centered Treatment Specialist / Social Worker in Kansas. Make a living while making a difference! Join Saint Francis Ministries and become a certified as a Family Centered Treatment® Specialist or Therapist, providing intensive prevention services to families in their home.
Key Responsibilities
- Assigned caseloads are limited to 5 families, spending an average of 4 hours per week with a minimum of 2 weekly contacts.
- Enroll in Wheels of Change and complete FCT certification within 1 year of start date.
- Attends and participates in weekly team supervision meetings where cases are reviewed, and feedback is provided.
- Complete and maintain all program fidelity documents, reports, and assessments in a timely manner reflecting the FCT language.
Requirements
- MINIMUM EDUCATION, LICENSURE/CERTIFICATIONS, AND JOB REQUIREMENTS.
- Spanish-speaking clients and community members.
- Bachelor’s degree in social or family services, e. g., Social Work,.
- Psychology, and Sociology. If licensed, in good standing with Kansas BSRB.
Work Schedule
- Full-Time position.
- Hybrid position - combination of remote and on-site.
- Weekend coverage may be required.
This position offers hybrid flexibility. Work with Saint Francis Ministries in Kansas.
