The specialist provides intensive in-home family treatment, therapy, and interventions to help families develop solutions and reduce risks. They manage a caseload of up to five families, maintain program fidelity documentation, and collaborate with community agencies and courts.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in social or family services and have at least one year of experience working with children and families. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass background and drug screenings are required.
