Are you an emergency medicine physician looking to make a difference in the
lives of the patients you serve? If so, we want you to join our team at
Northeastern Nevada Regional Hospital in Elko, Nevada.
Position Highlights

* 15-bed ED within the 75-bed hospital
* Annual volume: 18,000
* 12-hour shifts
* EMR: MedHost
* Specialty support for cath lab, OB/GYN, orthopedics, and pediatrics
Qualified candidates will be board-eligible or board-certified in EM or family
medicine boarded with extensive ED experience.

Accredited by the Joint Commission, Northeastern Nevada Regional Hospital is a
59-bed facility that strives to provide quality care to northeast Nevada
residents. Northeastern Nevada Regional Hospital provides a full range of
services including diagnostic imaging, rehabilitation services, cardiac care,
emergency medicine, surgical care and more. In 2018, the facility completed a $2
million upgrade to its cardiac catheterization laboratory and earned
accreditation as a Chest Pain Center from the American College of Cardiology and
the American Heart Association. The facility is dedicated to playing an active
role in the community it serves and does so by donating to local organizations,
hosting barbecues, and providing services and programming at local health and
fitness events.

Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality emergency medical care to patients within a 15-bed emergency department. Collaborate with specialty support teams including cath lab, OB/GYN, orthopedics, and pediatrics.
Requirements
Candidates must be board-eligible or board-certified in Emergency Medicine or Family Medicine with extensive ED experience. The role requires the ability to work 12-hour shifts in a community hospital setting.
