  • Provide rehabilitative services to patients under specific medical orders as part of a coordinated team.

Position requirements

  • Degree in area of discipline
  • Current Physical Therapy license in state of practice, or ability to obtain prior to beginning employment

Pay Range

USD $43.00 - USD $50.00 /Hr.

Key Responsibilities

Provide individualized rehabilitative services to senior patients under medical orders and develop tailored treatment programs based on clinical findings. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team during clinical conferences to coordinate and optimize patient care plans.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a degree in physical therapy and hold a current, valid physical therapy license in the state of practice. Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills, along with computer proficiency, are required for this role.
