Anew Home Heath is now hiring Occupational Therapists!
PRN hours available in the Fishers area and the Beech Grove area!
Candidate MUST be a licensed Occupational Therapist.

Per-Visit Rates
Rates paid per visit as follows
* Start of Care (SOC): $150.00
* Resumption of Care (ROC): $115.00
* Recertification: $95.00
* Reassessment: $70.00
* Routine Visit: $70.00
* SCIC Visit: $95.00
* Discharge Visit: $80.00
* Discharge Visit – Offsite: $40.00
* Evaluation: $85.00
Mileage Reimbursement
* $0.58 per mile
Non-Visit Productivity (i. e. education, staff meetings)
* $45.00 per hour
The Occupational Therapist implements, with minimal supervision, skilled
occupational therapy services in accordance with the principles and practices of
occupational therapy and within Anew Home Health policies and procedures.
Evaluates patients, develops initial and ongoing treatment plans, develops
discharge plans, supervises assistants, contributes to case management, and
provides quality patient care.
