You will report to our Executive Clinical Director (SLP), and work closely with our Administrative Director on patient scheduling.
What You Will Do

- Supervise SLPAs in line with Texas licensure rules, including observation, documentation review, and plan-of-care oversight
- Mentor and supervise Clinical Fellows through their CF year per ASHA requirements
- Write clear, timely evaluations, plans of care, and progress notes that meet payer requirements
- Coach parents with strategies they can use at home
- Collaborate with our OT, PT, and ABA teams on shared clients
- Help build speech programs and clinical standards as the team grows
What You Bring

- Active Texas SLP license (or able to obtain one before your start date) and ASHA CCC-SLP
- Eligible to supervise SLPAs under Texas rules and to mentor Clinical Fellows under ASHA rules
- 3+ years of pediatric SLP experience, outpatient clinic preferred
- Demonstrated leadership ability, such as supervising SLPAs, CFs, or graduate students, or leading a clinical program
- AAC, feeding, PROMPT, or apraxia training is a plus
What Success Looks Like
- The SLPAs and Clinical Fellows you supervise are compliant, confident, and on track, with CFs earning their CCCs.
- Your caseload is full and your documentation sets the example for the team.
- You help shape speech programs and clinical standards with the Executive Clinical Director.
How we lead Every Little Land leader is held to our ten Leadership Principles. As a lead, you will be expected to:
Own the outcome. Take responsibility for results, not just tasks.
Extend the line. Your authority comes from your role, not from being liked; build rapport with the team while keeping the objectivity to coach fairly.
Develop your people. Coach the SLPAs and Clinical Fellows you supervise.
Resolve conflict directly. Address friction at its source instead of letting it spread.
Receive feedback without defensiveness. Hear feedback about yourself, not just give it.
Schedule Monday–Friday, 9:00 a. m.–6:00 p. m., with a one-hour lunch. No weekends required. This is an in-person role at our Cedar Park clinic.

Base salary of $72,000–$78,000 (based on experience), plus an uncapped quarterly productivity bonus. This is a true salaried role: your pay is never reduced for admin time, documentation, or patient cancellations and no-shows
