Job Description

Consolidated Employer Services - Full Time

Consolidated Employer Services is seeking a compassionate and driven Clinical Therapist for one of our clients to provide high-quality clinical services to adults diagnosed with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. This position offers daytime hours with some evening availability as needed and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in clients' lives.

Position Summary

The Clinical Therapist delivers comprehensive therapeutic services in a fast-paced, client-centered environment. The role includes direct clinical care, documentation, care coordination, and participation in program development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Provide clinical services including diagnostic assessments, individual and group counseling, case management, and crisis intervention

Develop and complete diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, crisis and safety plans, progress notes, and discharge/transition plans accurately and on time

Maintain complete and compliant clinical documentation in accordance with quality improvement and billing standards

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to coordinate client care
  • Educate clients on available community resources and make appropriate referrals
  • Support program development and planning as assigned

  • Skilled in decision-making, problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution
  • Ability to relate to and communicate effectively with individuals from diverse socioeconomic backgrounds
