We are a physician-owned private medical practice specializing in Orthopedics, Spine and Pain Management. Our physical therapists work alongside orthopedic physicians to help patients recover from injuries and procedures, restore mobility and regain independence.

We're looking for a Physical Therapist who enjoys hands-on patient care, values collaboration and takes pride in helping patients make meaningful progress.

Full-time daytime hours, generally between 7 AM and 5 PM. No weekends, holidays, on-call requirements or disaster-team shifts.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate patients with orthopedic injuries, musculoskeletal conditions and post-surgical rehabilitation needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans focused on restoring strength, mobility and function.
• Provide hands-on treatment, therapeutic exercise and functional movement training.
• Collaborate with physicians and the clinical team to coordinate care and adjust treatment plans.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs, injury prevention and safe ways to return to daily activities.
• Track patient progress and maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and billing.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• A master's degree or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Current Florida Physical Therapist license.
• An interest in orthopedic rehabilitation and functional recovery.
• Strong communication, clinical reasoning and time-management skills.
• A collaborative approach and commitment to excellent patient care.

Additional training in manual therapy, corrective and restorative exercise, functional movement training or dry needling is a plus.
