Key Responsibilities
The Regional Clinical Pharmacist provides educational and consultant services regarding pharmacology and drug therapy to patients and professional staff. They also manage prescription operations, conduct drug utilization reviews, and lead process improvement initiatives to optimize pharmacotherapy.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a BS or Pharm. D. degree from an approved school of pharmacy and possess a current unrestricted pharmacy license. A minimum of 2 years of post-graduate practice experience in a similar role or a large health care system is strongly preferred.
