Key Responsibilities

The Behavioral Health Associate monitors and reports client behaviors, provides continuous care, supervision, and role modeling while assisting with data collection and responding to crises. Responsibilities also include ensuring client well-being in a structured environment, conducting safety checks, and facilitating educational-rehabilitative groups.

Requirements

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and candidates should ideally have six months or more experience working with the facility's specific population. Knowledge of common psychiatric disorders and treatment modalities is preferred, along with mandatory CPR and de-escalation certifications.
