Key Responsibilities

The Behavioral Health Associate monitors patient behavior and provides direct care, supervision, and support within a structured treatment environment. They also facilitate rehabilitative groups, assist with daily living activities, and respond to medical emergencies or crisis situations under nursing supervision.

Requirements

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent. At least six months of experience working with the specific patient population is preferred.
