Key Responsibilities

The clinician is responsible for monitoring, coordinating, and implementing the mental health program while serving as a liaison between the medical unit and facility staff. Key duties include conducting clinical assessments, developing treatment plans, and managing inmates at risk for suicide or self-harm.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field and possess a valid Maryland license as an LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, or LCSW-C. A minimum of two years of experience is required, with preference given to those with substance abuse or MAT experience.
