Key Responsibilities

The Nurse Practitioner will manage chronic stable medical conditions and provide acute or critical care for pediatric patients within the Prepare Clinic. They will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high standards of patient care and adherence to clinical protocols across UCSF locations.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree as a Nurse Practitioner and possess at least five years of experience as a licensed Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. Additionally, a minimum of three years of recent experience in pediatric perioperative or ambulatory care is required, along with active California nursing and NP licenses.
