  • Attends all required meetings and training sessions.

  • NURSE PRACTITIONER DEGREE FROM AN ACCREDITED INSTITUTION RECOGNIZED BY THE US DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION.
  • CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS.
  • NURSE PRACTITIONER DEGREE FROM AN ACCREDITED INSTITUTION RECOGNIZED BY THE US DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION WITH LICENSURE TO PRACTICE IN SOUTH CAROLINA.
