About the Role

- Establish treatment protocols for medication assisted treatment, and order appropriate treatment for opioid and/or alcohol use disorders, to include prescribing medication.
- Complete appropriate medical documentation within the electronic health record.
- Attends all required meetings and training sessions.
Requirements
- MINIMUM EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE.
- NURSE PRACTITIONER DEGREE FROM AN ACCREDITED INSTITUTION RECOGNIZED BY THE US DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION.
- CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS.
- NURSE PRACTITIONER DEGREE FROM AN ACCREDITED INSTITUTION RECOGNIZED BY THE US DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION WITH LICENSURE TO PRACTICE IN SOUTH CAROLINA.
