Role Overview
Summary of Job: NorthStar is currently seeking a talented and compassionate Cardiac Anesthesiologist to join our team at Longview Regional Medical Center in Longview, TX. Cardiac Fellowship is Required, general cases will be taken as well.
Cases include: Heart and vascular, general, ortho-spine, orthopedics, OB/GYN, urology, plastics, GI, EP, and minimal pediatrics. Compensation: Top of Market Base Salary $750K+Incentives, Cardiac Stipend & Generous $250k Sign-on BonusGenerous PTO - 10 WeeksFull Time W2 with full benefits

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
Candidates must be board-certified or eligible anesthesiologists with a completed Cardiac Fellowship. The role requires the ability to manage a diverse range of surgical cases including heart, vascular, and general procedures.
