Join Montefiore Health System as a Chief Physician Assistant Surgical in United States. City/State: Bronx, New York Grant Funded: No Department: CVTS - Surgical PA Work Shift: Day Work Days: MON-FRI Scheduled Hours: 6:30 AM-5 PM Scheduled Daily Hours: 10.5 HOURS Pay Range: $158,400.

Key Responsibilities

Schedule is managed appropriately to provide adequate coverage. Ensure all performance standards are met and improved upon.

Ensure adequate PA staffing. ID and correct weaknesses of PAs through objective criteria.

Ensure educational excellence of current and new PAs. ID and correct weaknesses of PAs through objective criteria.

The plan of care is communicated with all members of the health care team.
