Provide primary care coverage across multiple clinic locations in the south Milwaukee area. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care and support clinical innovation.
Requires a minimum of two years of primary care experience and appropriate state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. Candidates must hold relevant certifications and be eligible for DEA and Medicare/Medicaid enrollment.
